Dr.Foot's Sports and Diabetic Anti Sweat Foam Comfort Insoles

I'm 56 years old and a larger frame distance runner, so my feet go through hell. I've had seriously painful metatarsal problems for years. Sometimes I can run 15k, sometimes I have to run 5k or less because of the pain. I run in Hoka Bondi 7 and Bondi X shoes, the most cushioned shoe money can buy and still have problems. Pediatrist has been making me custom orthotics for years that only offer somewhat decent results. For the heck of it I purchased these. On a whim, because I'm SO tired of the pain! Took my first 7k run today with them, boy was I scared I would have a flareup halfway into the run and have to call my wife to pick me up. Guess what. NO PAIN. I not only knocked out some great splits, but I swear it felt like I was running in cushioned slippers. The comfort I haven't known for many years. THESE FREAKING WORK! One caveat. I do put another cushioning insole on top of it so that the pressure relief is more spread out. So, after the run: No Achillies Pain No Heal Pain No Metatarsal Pain No knee pain. Even if they only work for a while, for the price. It's worth it. I ordered 4 pair to throw in the basket so that I am ready for a new pair with each new pair of shoes, which for me is every other month. I avg. about 400 miles every 2 months. Great find, great buy.

I bought this product a few months ago to help alleviate the pain in my feet. The product itself is well made and had no problems with delivery. It definitely adds comfort and cushioning to the foot area but I guess as it's generic it's not going to completely solve your problems. As you may need more or less cushioning in a particular area of your foot. But let's be clear the cost of getting this custom made are ridiculous so for a fraction of the cost I'd recommend this even if it's a temporary solution.

So far these are the best insoles that I bought.I tried many others.I knew when I saw the 3 pressure points in the key locations in the picture. They were going to be good.I'm ready to buy a second pair just to keep on standby

It would be better if it were more cushiony.

These have been a lifesaver. Inexpensive. Surprisingly durable. The selling point for me is the metatarsal support, not just the arch support. They are easy to cut to size and take in and out of different shoes if necessary.

These would be GREAT insoles at the price if your foot is on the larger end of the size range. This insole is billed as fitting men's sizes 7-12. I wear a women's 10/10.5, which converts to men's 8/8.5 in "unisex" insoles and works fine most of the time, but not with these. I suppose manufacturing fewer sizes reduces costs, but the product is going to be unusable for a lot of the potential customers. Specifically in my case, 1. When my heel and arch are aligned with the respective pads, the metatarsal pad (the entire reason I'm shopping insoles) is UNDER the 1st MTP joints instead of BEHIND them (towards the arch). While the padding is nice, this is in total opposition to the concept of a met pad. 2. The arch support pad is way too aggressive. See photo of my feet next to one of these pads, and another insole that fits properly.

Definitely recommend these insoles. I've been to the foot doctor and paid lots of money for sticky pads to be "strategically" placed on my shoe insoles and then needed expensive ortho inserts made. I decided to try something like this first. I'm amazed at the results. The built-in pads are not too tall/big/large and not too small either. They seem just right for me and allow me to walk, jog, and bike without all the pain and discomfort I had before. I still feel soreness in the ball and heel of my feet but not to the point where I can't walk without wincing. In other words these haven't cured my problems but they greatly reduce the pain and discomfort I have in my feet and that allows me to be much more active than without these insoles. Reasonably priced, so I bought one pair for each of my daily shoes and running shoes.

These Dr Foot are very firm. They do not relieve pain for my unfortunate situation. Great toe fusion at metatarsal joint, metatarsalgia, and 3rd metatarsal head to mid distal resection. Also, the arch support did not fit in the correct position.

Love these. Completely solved metatarsal pain and general foot soreness. Wash up great, no weird odour, and they fit great in every single shoe I own. Including my gardening sandals 😁😎

It very thin and the coshioning is bad so it doesn't even touching my foot arch. It's non refundable product hence you can't return it. It's not at all values for money.
