As a very big-booty person: yes. If you have a big booty and are quite heavy, I find medium pressure is the sweet spot.

You can use it on carpet or on the floor, but I think it’s easier to use it on a chair.

What is the weight limit?

It does not have one specific weight listed as a limit. But so far all my 4 kids and husband have used it. My kids weigh 100 lbs, 79 lbs, 67 lbs, 88 lbs and my husband is 245 lbs, it is still inflated and holding up well. We had to use an old pump we found because even though we paid for it and it says it comes with a pump it did not. Hope this helps.
