I was looking for massager full back rotating and/or moving up/down as on when I need. And the neck massage in one product. I found this item as I need.This product is as described.Yes, I had to adjust something to meet my expectation. I have pain lower back and neck area and last not least the is my migraine. The rollers do not go all the way to lower end. So I sit on pillow to have lower back L3 L2.As shown in the picture the neck rollers are not that out as they appear. I am tall. so I have to adjust seat position when I need neck massage.Sometimes I keep upward down so that lower back is constantly get massage and the rolling moves on the back till shoulder.Rollers are pretty powerful to handle my #200 weight when seating position. Roller do make rotating and moving noise. I guess that is expected.The back is not very smooth or rough. But I love rough one. So I am OKHeat function is good.Spot massage also helps lot.There is no direction control, I wish they add.I did not find significant difference with width button. I wish it does well with width button.I guess the should have bit 'C' shape so that lower back and shoulder get massage properly at a time. I guess most of the model are straight back.I am not fan of vibrating massage. I don't use much but I found it has very good vibration strength and works well with intensity button.At the end, I am happy to have this item.

Very nice massager! It really provides a deep massage which I was looking for. The heating feature is great. However I'm not a huge fan of the vibrating seat it's not very relaxing. Also I was really bummed the neck massager is too high for my height it's designed to fit a 6' tall person only. I have to really stretch and pull it down into position for it not to hurt the base of my skull...they should really make that height adjustable.Otherwise lots of nice features for the back shiatsu and customizable rolling massage. I would recommend but be warned if your not tall.

Really I have tried several and this one is the best of them all. For the price I paid this is as good as others costing 3 times the amount. So yes Happy Body and Happy Wallet too what a winning combination!!!Update from Dec so 3 months old. Unit gets stuck in one spot and does not move up or down. There seems to be no way to contact the company for help. So once you are past the 30 day Amazon return period you are out of luck if it breaks.

I purchased this for my husband but he doesn’t use it that often because vibration is a little weak and the roll is too hard. Its good to use for a short period of time after a while it’s just a little too intense.

Made for a tall person. I am 5' 4.5, and it was too long for my body. The only way to get a neck massage is to lay on it, however it is too hard and painful to lay on. The seat massage is just vibration. Shiatsu is only in the neck and back. I did return it, however, with no issues so I gave it an extra star, for that.

This was recommended by my mom. I was hesitant due to paying nearly $200 but this product is life changing. This is my favorite product I have ever purchased so I am going to try to give a thorough review. (I sit in a chair most of the day due to my job)With this massager you can lean into it and get a really deep tissue massage, the motors are very strong. When I want a lighter massage I just position it so I am putting less of my weight against it and its great. The massage balls roll up and down my back and the best part is that you can hit the spot button which causes the balls to keep massaging the same spot if you have a more tender area (my middle back bothers me and I've never found anything that helps like this).I turn the neck and back massage function on at the same time with the vibrating seat. The heat function seems to help relax my muscles a lot faster than when I have it turned off. After my now daily 20 minute massage, my neck and back have no pain.I have used this on my couch, in my recliner, and in my car so far and it has worked everywhere so far. The durability of this product seems great. I have put all my weight on the massage balls and they keep chugging along. I haven't had this massager very long but I cannot imagine not having it now. If you have back or neck pain, I would highly recommend giving this massager a try. I will update this review if I change my mind.

My entire family adores it. It is fantastic! I did take me a minute to figure out to adjust the height you literally just pull it up until it meets your neck. It went up high enough to accommodate my 6'4" son. I do use it in my recliner and it worked fine. The heat is not intense but more for relaxing the muscles. The neck massage feels like someone is actually massaging your neck with their hands. It kneads the shoulders real deep, so if you're tight, prepare the ibuprofen for your first couple of uses. After that, once you're loosened up, its doesn't feel as intense. My third use, I was fine with the intensity. I also move by body around to massage other parts (sciatica, legs, feet, calves in the necks massager, etc.) Just don't put too much weight on it if you are laying it flat.

Much more intensity than I expected! I have never had a Shiatsu massage and thought this would give a gentler massage. I am having lower back trouble. Received this today and tried it for the first time. The heat feature was really strong - had to keep turning it off. And the massage was entirely painful - I couldn't take it for more than a minute or two. I wish there was a way to vary the intensity. After reading other reviews I can see that I need to work up to the full massage so will try putting a few blankets over the whole cushion to start with. I hope that very soon I will be enjoying it as much as those who gave it 5 stars.
