Love this blanket it’s so soft and warm!

This is the most WONDERFUL (and reasonably priced) electric blanket that we have purchased in the last 12 years!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BLANKET!! The last electric blanket we bought was from Hammacher Schlemmer (extremely EXPENSIVE!!), found what I believe to be the exact same blanket on sale here on Amazon.com.....don't be fooled by the "Lifetime Guarantee"...still had to BUY new controllers every year because ONE of the two ceased to work (very reliable malfunction!).....finally threw this total waste of money away! THIS SUNBEAM MICRO PLUSH HEATED BLANKET is amazing! Light weight, reliable, heats quickly and comfortably -- both my husband and myself LOVE this wonderful blanket. We were afraid to purchase a blanket after the Hammacher Schlemmer debacle, but desperately needed a dependable electric blanket because we live in the inland Pacific Northwest where we have very long, cold and snowy winters. I carefully read all the reviews for almost every electric blanket being sold on Amazon.com, and decided this was the best choice, and it most definitely proved to be a 5 star choice. Buy with confidence.

We've been enjoying this blanket for several months now, and it works perfectly I use it to warm the bed before getting in, and turn it off immediately. My wife also pre-heats her side, but keeps the blanket on a low setting for a few more hours. Ironically, Venus is colder than Mars.

We survived winter of 2024-2025 pretty handily with this blanket. I like to pre-heat my side of the bed and then shut it off after climbing in. The wife keeps her side on 12 all night long. It's soft, plush and pretty thick. I think its definitely pretty good quality materials and is very warm even turned off. We have a king and wish the blanket was a little bit wider. Yes it fits a king size bed just fine, until 2 people climb in, then its a tug of war. Overall I'm happy though

I just received my blanket in the mail. This is my first time ordering a warming blanket from the website. I am not sure what kind my previous warming blanket was, but the difference with this blanket that I like is that it has one plug for the electric source and one plug to go into the blanket. My previous blanket had two plugs to heat both sides. So it’s now December 12th. I ordered my blanket on September 9th. At first when I used it, it worked wonderfully and I was greatly pleased! I thought the blanket was amazing. But shortly there after like a month or so I noticed that the blanket didn’t warm up anymore. I gave it some time, but now I realize it just doesn’t work anymore. The controllers light up when I turn them on, but the blanket does not heat up. The first blanket that I ordered had the inconvenient setup of needing the use of two outlet sockets and there were two cords that had to be plugged into the blanket, so there were cords everywhere. But this blanket lasts longer then a year, maybe a couple. However I do not remember what brand it was. This is my first time using a sunbeam product. Supposedly it’s under a 1 year warranty, but I don’t know how well they stand behind the warranty. Some, if not most companies make you jump through hoops to get a replacement. I’m not sure if it’s worth the trouble of going through that or just ordering a brand new blanket. Another thing to take into consideration is the product service location. The one that I would have to take the product to is not close by. And in addition to everything, I’ve read the other reviews of people who also had the same problems and tried to contact the company, there wasn’t any resolution. So sad...

I use a heat setting of 1 and duration of 10 hours. It is light weight and comfortably warm; however the heating elements only almost get to the edges of the top of the bed. The heating area seems to be sufficient though. We wanted a beige but settled for blue. The controllers lights are a subtle blue through the night and easy to adjust. We have not washed the blanket yet.

This item was delivered as promised. Love the dual control so we each can set to our needs of warmth. Only bad thing we found is we washed it a couple times and on the third wash one side stopped working. Not sure why. Had to replace it but the second one has worked flawlessly. Nice blanket. Remember, I didn’t have to go to the store and it was dropped at my front door!

Blanket was soft. Not extremely soft like some blankets are but it was definitely soft enough to wrap yourself up in a burrito and be comfortable. This blanket definitely heats up really well and fairly quickly. I got a king sized and it isn’t too big for my queen sized bed so I guess it runs small. The king size comes with 2 controllers which allowed me to share with another person and adjust our heat levels so one side can heat up at 4 while other side can heat at 10. Very cool and worth the money!

The blanket has now been hooked up, great even heat, no cold spots. The blanket is very well made. I’ve had Sunbeam electric blankets previously and they have come thru again. Excellent product. JS

He sido cliente de los cobertores eléctricos Sumben desde hace muchos años, pero este último la calidad del cobertor su consistencia y su grosor decepcionan excesivamente delgado y de calidad dudosa, a comparación de como nos tenía acostumbrados la marca, por lo que es una lástima y no volveré a comprar otro cobertor de esta marca. Y a pesar de haber comprado el grande lo único que creció fue la tela de dudosa calidad sin resistencias. Lástima.
