Q: I’m having trouble getting my sd card (loaded with music) to play when inserted. pressing the mode button takes me to pairing or fm stations? any help

The sd card must contain mp3 or wma content for the headphones to make use of it.

Q: Do these have FM radio?

Second set same headphones with no FM reception, just heavy static. Tampa Bay metro area

Q: How do you charge the headphones? I used them for a few days but now they keep shutting off. The battery says 20% on my computer and it will not charg

The computer USB port does not provide enough voltage to charge them all the way. You need a charging block that plugs into the wall with 2.1v or better.

Q: Do these block some of the outside / ambient noise?

Yes it does a great job blocking outside noise.
