such great quality for price. although i had to buy a new cord because the one it came with was janky. but the piano itself has amazing sound! the pedals work great as well. very easy to put together. looks beautiful in my room

It got here pretty quick, but was missing pieces upon its arrival. The chord doesn't reach where it's supposed to, so I had to cut a hole myself. Sounds and plays great though.

It sounds great! I also liked that it was easy enough to put together. However, for future reference, an installation guide did not come for the bench. I was able to figure it out. I also liked your quick attention to my concerns.If needed, I would do business with you again.

This piano worked well at first but it stop working six months after perches. You should return while you can. Amazon has not helped me contact the manufacturer for repair. So disappointed.

My daughter has a pianist and they train on it together she is learning new songs and practices every day.

It's a very beautiful instrument with quality piano tone like a German Steinway. Satisfying string samples amongst many other realistic sounds, such as a small baroque pipe organ. The keys are not weighted at all, however the three pedals work as they should. Although the "una corda" pedal changes the tone & volume - it does so a little too much. A good digital piano for my elderly Aunt, who loves this beautiful piece of wooden furniture, i.e. it's not plastic. The polyphony is not enough for an advanced pianist in that executing an ascending & descending arpeggio will cause a bass octave to fade out. Quite worth its price. Also there are some good electric piano sounds and many, many others. There is no reverb effect.
