It’s hard to do away with plastic- it’s in so many products and their packaging. My original order came with glass floss dispensers and these biodegradable flossers, these are replacement flosses. They work well and don’t get stuck in my crowded teeth. They are not as strong as Glide, but certainly strong enough to. I appreciate the sustainable glass dispenser and plastic free packaging.

Finally a biodegradable option that doesn't break on us! This floss is much stronger than the one I had ordered in the past from a different supplier. I also like that the floss is on the thinner side, it just works better for getting in between my teeth compared to the wide versions. You will floss more with this stuff because it is much easier to see what you get on a black colored floss so be ready to take a bit more time flossing :)

I really like this floss. It lacks the harshness of standard floss, meaning it does not cut my gums. It is not perfectly smooth like standard floss and seems to clean my teeth better. The taste of it is very mild - just a whisper. I love that it is biodegradable , comes sealed in a paper wrapper and has a reusable container.

A few years ago, we purchased a glass re-fillable eco-friendly floss vessel. It came with extra refills. We loved the concept, but the floss, especially for my tight teeth, was a bit of a nightmare. I had to brush, use my water pik, and then floss every day. If I skipped the water pik and/or a daily floss, the floss would shred. At one point on vacation, I had to buy special floss tape with a stiff end to weave through my teeth to get the broken bits of floss out. A pain in the butt. Some days I'd walk around with bits of black floss stuck in my teeth which is uncomfortable. Trying to use tweezers between the back jaw teeth rarely worked. It took a couple of years to work through the refills and I was ready to abandon and go back to dental TAPE, the only thing I've been able to use for many many years. My teeth are tight from many years of orthodontics (braces 3x since childhood). My spouse was tired of watching me spend several minutes in uncomfortable agony trying to work my fingers back there to get stuck floss. He was fed up with it even tho he didn't have an issue and appreciated the eco-friendliness. Then in April, I found this brand. I had little hope. But wow. Much better than the other eco-freindly brand. AND these refills fit perfectly in our glass vials. So yea! We can continue to to be plastic-free. I've only had this floss stuck maybe 2 or 3 times in 4 months, and it was always easy to pop out with a dental thread or regular dental tape (I have to keep some for emergencies). A significant improvement over the product we had ordered from ecoroots.

Good floss and definitely eco friendly. I did notice a difference in wax level and minty flavor. These refills had less of it compared to the one that came with my starter kit. Still good quality.

I've been ordering this floss for over a year now for me and my husband and it's truly the best alternative to the junky conventional floss that's full of PFAS and microplastics. This still glides nicely through my teeth and doesn't break easily. I love how you can just buy these refills and refill the glass dispenser.

This has quickly become my favorite floss. It feels strong but gentle, slides easily between teeth, and doesn’t shred or break. I really like the light mint flavor, and knowing it’s vegan and biodegradable makes it even better. The bamboo charcoal and candelilla wax give it a smooth, clean feel that works so well. I’m really happy with this floss and don’t see myself going back to anything else.
