Received the wrong color pen and the USB doesn’t work
Ordered a purple pen specifically because it is the logo color of my business. Received a blue pen instead. Also, the USB doesn’t work at all - computers won’t recognize it, seems that it isn’t long enough to actually connect into the USB on the machines? I have now tried to do a return and we shall see if they will replace it with the purple color that I actually ordered and if the replacement actually works. I’ll update the review once I receive the replacement. Not happy right now, I received the wrong color and the product also doesn’t work. A total disappointment. Would not recommend!

The cover of the box was cracked so couldn't give it as a gift; so I used it myself and I didn't like it. I had to use too much pressure in order for the stylus to work, and it didn't feel balanced.

Not what i expected.
The packaging wasn't sealed and there was no extra ink cartridge as advertised, also there's no instructions on how to replace the ink. A little disappointing.

Worked twice. Looked good but stopped working.
Stopped communicating with any computers after two uses. Might have just been this one but still. They did the refund pretty quick though!
