Not compatible with the munvaul vacuum as it states. It will run ur vacuum 1 time for u if its arrives charged, but it will not charge again after that. I bought it 2 times. Not trying a 3rd time.

The battery arrived very quickly and charged right up.I took one star off because the plastic casing allowed the wires to extend from the side, which didn't work for my Moneul; I had to tear it a bit so the wire would extend from the top to allow it to fit into the compartment.Unfortunately, it appeared that my vacuum needed more than a new battery; it still wouldn't go even with all its lights now lit. So I had to return it. The company quickly sent me a return mailing label.I would buy from them again.

Vacuum gets error code 3 now that I put this battery in and I can't figure it out.

The battery worked like a charm. My robot vacuum is now working again.

It took a long time to receive the product. When we did, the shrink wrap was so poorly applied over the wiring that it wouldn't even go in to the vacuum cleaner. Useless..
