Can anyone tell me;  What purpose does the Powdered Cellulose provide?

Fiber....Powdered cellulose is in bread sometimes too.  Wood fiber.  It's a filler.

Why does the package say blue wilderness and it's advertised as blue buffalo wilderness?  is this a different manufacturer??
