It looks great but I wish the chain was a bit better quality because I always feel it’s going to break at some point because it’s so thin. It’s clear to read and no issues with paint flaking or anything. It says exactly what I wanted it to say, no typo’s or anything of that nature. It seems to be good quality and very durable.

Necklace is beautiful and good material, nice shiny. I have many health issues, so I ordered also bracelet.I hope I will all issue on both..

I ordered two of these Medical ID necklaces in silver for my adult son with Alzheimer’s and it has already been a tremendous help.He left the house and got confused of where he was. 😞 A neighbor read his information on his necklace and brought him home! These can literally save your life! They hold a lot of information on the front and back. Very easy to read! High quality and good weight. Each one comes with two chains! I switched from wearing medic alert bracelets to a necklace. This is nice looking; however, the chain is a little rough and bothers my neck. The printing is very clear. The back of tag part has 5 lines for medical conditions. I wish they would have allowed another line for info and there is room to do this. On the front there is a bright medical symbol with room for your name and the ICE telephone #. I also added a DNR. This necklace comes in silver, gold, or rose gold tones. I've worn it for a month so far and I will have to see how wears during the next year.

So far so good! The medical ICE dog tag is a thick metal and the letters are etched nice and deep, not just printed on. I have a quarter next to the tag for size reference. The tag came nicely packaged with a chain that looks log enough. I haven't given it to my father yet. But it seems great so far. There is a little card that say it shouldn't get wet, get lotion or perfumes on it. Chlorine and sea water may tarnish it as well.

Very durable medical alert with info clearly labeled by vendor. Only issue was the chain supply with the medical alert necklace as not as durable as I would have liked. I used the chain on my earlier medical alert with the new one.

Whatever material they use to make I cannot wear. Because it breaks me out highly allergic, but it does look nice. The engraving is very nice.
