Overall, nice junior training bar
Adjustable, yes. Actually quite easy for my 9 year old daughter to adjust on her own. Moveable, yes. Its moveable by the fundamental definition of "moveable". Its also quite sturdy and truthfully, pretty simple to assemble (if the bolts don't line up exact with each other, flip it over ... I had we had to do that with and wa-lah, it lined up perfectly then). The reason this didn't get five stars is "foldable" is very misleading. If by foldable you mean to partially disassemble, then yes ... it is foldable. I guess "foldable" shows better in the title line than "JC-ATHLETICS GET THE SOCKET SET AND WRENCH BACK OUT & MOVEABLE GYMNASTIC KIP BAR...". Its not something your going to do quickly, your daughter isn't going to do it effectively and thus, it will be in the middle of your basement man cave until she outgrows it.

I took 1 star off, because it’s not an easy fold. You have to remove multiple screws. My daughter is 7 and loves this bar. She is also able to adjust the height by herself.

Would not recommend
Product provided some of the hardware. Had to buy parts at home depot to finish assembly. The design is poor because of the placement of bars that run parallel to the wooden bar. Every time my child uses she needs to watch where she lands. Would not recommend.
