Just one day since I used it. Haven't felt more energetic and relaxed in years! It's a game changer for someone like me with ankylosing spondilitis, then I can't imagine what it will do for someone with back pain with no underlying disease.I've included it as a meditation, and it's just blissful how I feel pranaali energy in parts of my body which were for so many years only in pain. Thank you prosource for this.Planning to buy one more so that I can have greater coverage on legs simultaneously.I also have radiating pain in my arms. So just rest my arms on it and lay a yoga bolster on top for greater pressure as arms aren't heavy enough to feel much. Another mat would help me do both arms simultaneously. I'm in love with this new ritual to my daily routine.Which is just so pleasurable. After the initial discomfort though. What helped was taking deep breaths and allowing myself to be present with the sensations. Soon it started becoming blissful :)

Bought mine 4 weeks ago and I just love it. I use it every day for my stiff back and neck, for 30-40 minutes and feel so refreshed and energized afterwards. My husband's back was stiff after playing golf today and he lay on the mat for 15 minutes. When he stood up..... no more stiff back! I must warn you though, the first time using it was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't think I would last 5 minutes on it, but after 2 minutes, it does get better and it gets less painful each passing minute. I managed 10 minutes on my first go. After a week, I was well used to it and now I could probably fall asleep on it. I think this is a wonderful product.

英語のレビューも読み、よほどのドMならとか、拷問とか、そこまで読んでも、まぁでもマッサージの痛気持ち良さはかなり強いものが好みだし、効くと言っている人が多いし、なにより私の背中はバキバキなので購入に至りました。まず開封して手に持った時点で、正気か？というぐらい尖っています。気をつけてください。素肌に使うと想像の100倍痛いです。マジか！と独り言を言ってしまうぐらいです。巨大な大根おろしのうえに寝る感じです。寝っ転がるという動作がまず痛くて辛いし、寝っ転がりながらスマホでも触ってーと思っていましたが、スマホを触るそのちょっとした動きですら痛いです。でも痛みからのじんわり熱くなる感じは気持ちよく、なによりコリからくる痛みがかなりよくなります。1回でハマりました。私の場合、素肌に使用後は真っ赤になりますが翌日には消えています。刺さると書きましたが出血はしてません。エアリズムのような薄手のTシャツなどを着るとちょうどよく気持ちいいです。スマホも触れます。でも、一度素肌でやるとなんだか物足りなくなり、途中で素肌に切り替えたりしてます。癖になります。背中だけでなく、おなか、ふともも、ふくらはぎ、足裏(ベットに寝て膝を立てて足裏に当てる)も気持ちいいし、デスクワーク中は背もたれにおいたり、座面にしいたりもして、なんだかんだと刺されています。痛いんです。でも中毒性があるというか。はまります。万人にはすすめません。が、ヘタなマッサージ師に当たったと思えば、と、割り切れる方にはチャレンジをおすすめします。

Came home from golf on Sunday with a sore back, Sunday arvo I spent 50 Minutes on the mat and got up with no back pain. the mat just works, and for 40 bucks just give it a shot. the first two minutes suck, then its all good. in fact I normally find I nap on it.

Very good value for money, especially considering the price of similar products on the market. It is good quality & as described by the seller. I have found some pain relief & improvement in sleep since I have been using it. In general, I find it quite relaxing to lie on it & I have found it therapeutic to stand on it too. The pillow is a good addition, I have seen other products that offer a smaller mat that can be rolled up as a pillow but that looks a little awkward to me. The pillow in this set is a good height & of medium firmness. The reason(s) I gave this product 4 stars is that I wish the mat was a little bit longer.
