Q: I need deep chocolate molds. Are they deep enough?

Hi my friend, our chocolate molds are 10x6.7x0.6 inch, finished bar is 4.5x1.6x0.6 inch, 1.5 oz per bar. Deep enough to add a layer of yummy filling. Thank you for your question, hope you have agreat time.

Q: If I was to break apart a chocolate bar how many individual squares or pyramids would I have?

The ones I made did not break evenly along the lines. I also filled the molds all the way up and had things like dried fruit and nuts inside. This probably made the bar not break evenly. If you didn't fill the mold up as much it might break easier along the mold lines. The molds are nice, but if you want nice smaller bars you might look at other smaller molds.
