I was advised to use protein drinks following major surgery. It's not the kind of thing I usually drink and I tried a number of those widely available in health shops and general stores and I hated them. Looking on Amazon I liked the look of this product and decided to try them. All things considered they were far and away the best and I bought a couple of boxes - looks like some of the last available for now! But I had just enough for the hospital visit and I a m so grateful for that...

I like Mana Original pre-made drink for when I am having trouble keeping real food down. It's bland, with a slightly briney first taste that I got used to very, very quickly. The main thing I liked was it not tasting of sugar or sweetener or artificial flavours. I find it an adequate meal replacement and feel very good on it. Unlike other shakes, I have not had 'after effects' from drinking Mana.

I love this stuff. It is best drunk straight from the fridge. I am a vegan and sometimes experience a sudden crash in my blood sugar levels. MANA seems to be a good, scientifically proven meal substitute. I probably have one every other day.

I really love these. The chocolate flavor is good and I like that it is 330 calories. I use these as a noon meal replacement and a way to get some extra protein when I need it. I have re-ordered several times. I would like to pour over ice...that would be awesome, I think. But I'm currently on a boat and no ice to be had. The fact that they don't need refrigeration is a big win for me.
