Remote doesn't work********janchs did an amazing job resolving my issue...they could not send just a new remote..so they sent a new set of lights.. And that remote now works them both...i live in an apt that has no power outlet so solar lights are my only option. I'm really enjoying these lights when spending time outside. Also would like to note these lights have a very big solar panel so they will run from dusk to dawn w no problem...they are awesome!

My my my! I swear the tiny solar panels on these lights capture all the sun and optimize the efficiency of power output to the LED icicle lights. Granted I live in Cali, these lights are on from dusk to almost dawn! Sure the brightness fades a bit near dawn but who is looking at Christmas lights at 0500? If you’re worried about the remote not controlling multiple strands you need not worry; one remote will control all! Buy for next Christmas!

So easy to install and then being Solar powered, no need to even conrtrol them.Very happy with the way they light up and blink. Like a light show.

Updated to say I have been trying to work with Janch’s to figure out how to get my lights to work, and their customer service is leaving a lot to be desired. They offered to replace my remotes when I had already told them the lights themselves aren’t working either. Then they offered me a refund and I asked if I could get working sets of lights. They said “JUST KEEP THEM”I thought these lights were great, really easy to install, and they looked great after they charged up and turned on the first night. I tried to get them to stay solid but now the second and third night I’ve had them they seem to go often on and don’t stay on all the time. I can’t get the remote to do what I want them to do. I have to hunch over pushing the buttons on the back of the solar panel to to get them to turn on and cycle through the modes. I don’t know why they don’t just come on and stay on at night and stay in the mode that I set them in. I bought another two sets to fill out my porch because I thought they were great but now I’m really disappointed and I wish I could just get them to work, right.
