I purchased this to add to my rack to allow more variations to my workouts. And did it ever deliver! The benefit of this compared to a plate mounted one, is you do not need to use plates, which lets be honest we never have enough of, to hold it in place.Without going into detail of how awesome landmine workouts are, I will speak specifically to this attachment.It was super easy install, simply place under the rack and adjust the screw to tighten. I have been using it for a few months now and have zero complaints. Well built, the finish hasn't chipped or marked and its provided me a great way to change up my excerizes.If you do not have this attachment for your home gym you're missing out!

I didn't even attach to any support; just against the wall. Although i can and it worked perfectly fine when i attached to the leg of my squat rack. Its sturdy, solid steel and verp easy to use. Cant believe how cheap it is compared to other products available. Highly recommend it!
