Has anyone noticed skin is less dry and less wrinkled?

What's the difference between bamboo silica and mineral silica in other brands? Any benefits or drawbacks?

Bamboo has 10x’s the amount of silica of horsetail Or stinging nettles and is supposed to be more absorbable. I haven’t tried others yet. I do know you cannot take the herb supplements long term.
