Very poor quality control
Very poor quality control. The front label (and product itself) was concentrate, but the back label directions were the directions for the product that is "ready to use". The directions should have stated 1 ounce per gallon of water. Also the lid doesn't close properly.

It's pet safe
This stuff is the best no smell it works great for my birds. I buy it in the large bottle so i can mix it myself it can be made strong or weak. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
