I used this filter for my last oil change. Size and fitment were both correct and installation was straightforward. The materials used in and build of this filter are top quality. No leaks. I use Royal Purple full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil with a quart of Lucas full synthetic oil stabilizer and the filter is preforming well.

Better quality filter. Prefer Purolator or Wix filters.

Take the time and do research on Purolator PBL filters. I have used K&N,Wix and Purolator. The PBL when taken apart is the best filter there is - from thickness of the canister to the synthetic pleated filter with backing there is not a better filter on the market.Purolator was the first oil filter invented many years back and is still the best there is today!

I am using this longer version of L14476 for my Prius. Previously, used PureONE with a gold cover at double the cost. PureONE worked well. It seemed to keep my oil cleaner longer. When I checked the oil after extended time, the oil color was more clear than when I was using the OEM Toyota filter. I change my oil at around 7500mi. using PurePNE and M1 Syn. oil.I am giving this one a try. I think it will filter just as well for half the cost. We'll see.

My engine is happier with this oil filter upgrade. Much better than the factory OEM filter. I'll be using this from now on.

I change my own oil just to get the quality filter and oil. Purolator is definitely top three and I'm proud to have it protecting my cars engine. The performance is superb and the fit is perfect with excellent grip. This filter performs better than the orange brand and shows no signs of leakage. I would buy this performance for again and will in two months hopefully on subscribe and save.
