Phone not fully unlocked
Product said factory unlock and not true, service goes off and on. Bought as a present for my daughter. I never left a bad review before but I lost on this sale. Return window has passed that’s the sad part. My lost but I will never buy again.

This phone is a great choice for a middle schooler or high schooler. Combine it with FamilyLink parental controls. I will admit that it lasted 100% until my lovely daughter dropped it in the toilet. So ... not water resistant, or yuck resistant lol...

Love this phone and it's been renewed a d works awesome
Battery life is draining faster than I like but other than that it's a great phone. Crisp clean screen and awesome fast speeds.

Selling Locked phones as unlocked
Phone arrived Locked . Spent 4.5 hours on tech support with T-Mobile trying yo figure out why it wouldn’t work . Even went to get a new SIM card at the T-Mobile store . Bought a case and screen protectors got a useless phone .

I purchased this phone because it was listed as "unlocked" but it was not. I had to call the carrier it was locked to and request them to unlock the phone.

Pare che funzioni tutto ...meglio sarà quando passeranno dei giorni. Comunque credo che funzionerà bene . Non un graffio! Neppure uno lievissimo! Per essere ricondizionato, per me è super nuovo!!! 16.12.2023 sono passati 493 giorni e funziona ancora benissimo... ottimo acquisto!!! Alla data di oggi 16.07.2024 funziona a meraviglia ottimo acquisto.
