Will a MagSafe wallet attach well?

No. Even if you try to lay it down carefully on a MagSafe it barely attaches, you have to really work with it and if you try to pick up your phone, you’re MagSafe it’s just gonna go flying. They really need to take down the statements where it says that it is MagSafe compatible on this page everywhere because it is completely not. Their own customer service Agrees below! It’s a great case, and I actually love it, but not for anything MagSafe and I have all MagSafe equipment. It’s going back

I see that this case should fit the 13 pro max and the 12 pro max. But my packaging only says 12 pro max. Is that an older one or the new?

If you purchased this case direct from Amazon ("ships from and sold by") then you can rest easy knowing you have an OtterBox for both the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Unfortunately, we're unable to control much of what's distributed by third party resellers on the site. If you purchased the case from a reseller then you'll need to contact them for further information. Please never hesitate to reach out to us over the phone at 1-855-688-7269 with any further questions.

Is the Rock Skip color gray? Or is it lavender purple?

We're sorry for any mixed signals! Rock Skip Way is actually more of a blue color, rather than gray or purple.

This is counterfeit. I’m reporting you. The instructions say commander pro?

Hi there! As long as the case you purchased was shipped and sold by Amazon, you can rest assured you've got the real thing, as Amazon is one of our trusted authorized retailers. If that's not the case, feel free to find tips on spotting and reporting a potential pretender on the counterfeits page on our official website!
