Wasn't to sure when I started this book. Didn't like the character of sawyer in the previous books. To cocky, arrogant and a know it all. But as the book went on found myself warming to him. Turned out he wasn't so bad had a soft side to him. Enjoyed the story. Only disappointment is I was hoping Randy's story would be next.

As ever from this author another fab read. The Mountains Call is still working her magic and Sawyer the confirmed bachelor is the next to become twisted in knots over his one.

Sawyer is a rancher and a bull rider in rodeos. He is a ladies man and very confident of his abilities both in the ring and outside. But when he meets Josie, the travelling rodeo physiotherapist, his charms do not seem to affect Josie as easily, but he is determined to try with her. Her father owns the rodeo and she has always promised to not get involved with any cowboys as she is always travelling and doesn't have the chance to start a relationship. However, no matter how much she fights it, she is attracted to Sawyer. Will the mountain call be able to help Josie and Sawyer get together and give their relationship a chance?This book 3 in the Eagle Mountain Ranch series. I am enjoying this series and would recommend reading the other books too. And that means it's time for Sawyer to shine! I loved this return to Eagle mountain and the continuation of the stories on the ranch, with glimpses of the previous characters living their HEAs. Of course Sawyer doesn't believe in the mountain's call until he meets Josie and that's what makes their story so sweet and interesting. I love the fact that Sawyer is in his early 40s and so focused on his work on the ranch but sees the visiting rodeo as this one escape from his responsibilities and chance to have some fun. As expected, this is another sweet story with relatable and interesting characters, that's well written and keeps you interested in the outcome. I'm really looking forward to more in this series and hope the mountain's call moves on from Eagle mountain when we're done on the ranch...I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

When the rodeo crew arrived in to Kinleyville fairgrounds it is late and all they want is to get some sleep but when Josie the daughter of the owners steps out the next morning she is enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. As she and her cousin Sarah are taking care if the registrations for the rodeo two big sexy cowboys approach to register. Sawyer flirts with her but when their hands touch there is an electrical tingle and awareness. I have really enjoyed Sawyer and Josephine's dance, I liked seeing them get to know each other and grow individually because of it. I thought they were great characters, as were their families who supported and guided them well.
