This item is very good massager. I move it up and down from my neck to my lower back. It is relaxing and able to get knots out of my muscles as I feel soreness the next day. I use this everyday and very happy with it.

You can use this product as a massager, This works well. Not recommended as a pain reliever. Please note that there is no chargeable battery on this device.

As a sportsman, i suffer muscle strains and Faylor Neck Massage has been wonderful to relieve the aches and strains after a long day.The heating with the deep tissue massage is like spa at home experience. Worth buying if you have muscle and nerve complaints. The product sold is true as per seller's description.

Just received the product, and am very disappointed, the package was damaged, the box was opened inside the amazon package, first time to see that !! Moreover the heat functionality is not working, the button only make it red without any heat !!

It feels like a massage chair.. very comfortable but has to stay in the charger while using (not cordless)

Heating option is not working others are amazing
