VitanicaMaternal Symmetry, Prenatal and Postnatal Vitamins, Vegan/Vegetarian, 180 Capsules

These are the best prenatal vitamins. I took these with my youngest and he was very healthy at birth and big!

I love this so much I plan on taking it when I’m no longer nursing. I had so much more energy while I was pregnant because of this and it really helps keep me balanced now while nursing. With my period returning I was worried about needing a cal mag since most prenatal vitamins don’t have them (nor do they have iron) but these have everything and more. These are just really great for women in general and are easily digestible. They are a decent size and the serving is three at a time but I just take them with a flavored beverage and I’m good to go

these capsules are kind of on the big side for some who have hard time taking big size pills, plus you have to take 2 at a time 3 times a day. but for me it worked out GREAT! no stomach problems or nothing. I have been ordering these from amazon for our first one and will order one for our next. no problems with shipping or anything either.UPDATE: We are now on to our second one and I am using these again. Do not have any complains whatsoever besides the size of the capsule. but I am use to it now.

I have used these vitamins for two of my three pregnancies and during postpartum with breastfeeding. They are so awesome I have recommended them to other momma's and even gifted some. Using this product helps reduce fatigue and boosts a momma up! Great product, great ingredients.

Taken alot of prenatals...this is the 7th baby! I take 2-3 Vitanicas a day, love the herbs and always easy on the stomach. The capsules contain powdered ingredients so I know they are dissolving in the stomach and more likely to be absorbed. My iron is over 40 this time- maybe these or cooking in the cast iron pan- either way I am happy.

Fabulous only wish they had more vitamin D. I's that a possibility??

Some bottles of Vitanica have folate, but this particular bottle has folic acid. They say their retail and physician brands are the same, but this one definitely has folic acid in it vs. other bottles that don't. I've used this brand for years and always thought I was getting folate, but it seems as though I need to look at every bottle to determine which one doesn't have folic acid. I've gone to another brand so I know I won't have this problem.

This prenatal multi-vitamin is the best! I showed it to my doctor before taking it and she okay'd it. The prescription vitas made me sick, as well as some of the other OTC's I tried. This one is by far the best and I continued to take it for over a year after I had my first child. ...I only stopped because I found out they make a regular Women's Symmetry, so I am ordering that one now.
