You should use toner after washing your face, and before using serum or moisturizer. When to use toner; day and night. Bring toner into your everyday routine and you'll be applying it morning and night. At the start of day, your toner will help to create that naturally healthy base for your make-up. At bedtime, toner plays it's part in helping you clean and nourish your skin before shuteye time. Have any more questions I'll gladly try to answer to the best of my knowledge. I purchased this July 2023 and it’s 8.45 oz/250 mL

Q: why is the packing different compared to the one from Olive Young? ( the amazon one has no ingredients listen on the front of the bottle)

They have switched over to new packaging. It looks just slightly different so you could have gotten a bottle with old packaging
