This is a great product! Definitely helps keep D3 & B12 levels at a pretty normal number. They are so delicious! Smell delicious too!! No after taste! I take a vitamin C chewable along with two of these gummies daily. One thing I’d like to note is it says no food or water needed but your body needs fat to properly absorb vitamin D. Just make you take these gummies or any vitamin D supplement with a meal that has a bit of fat in it.
