UC7078T With Up Down Light Remote Control

How do you program the remote if you don't have the old remote. We are trying to replace our HB remote because a friend's child lost ours so we don't have the old one to show the dip numbers/code

Can someone provide the FCC ID?

Probably a dumb question, but does the remote also come with the holster to attach it to the wall? Thanks

I need this one but with a reverse. Uc7078t does not have reverse what do i need?
