MEDS OMG (HOS) Multi-Purpose Odor and Moisture Extractor - 2 lb. Bottle

I would like to first say I hate basements, I will never again live in a house that has one. That being said I currently live in a tri-level house, with the living room in the basement. And yes, it smells like basement-damp, musty even though I have 2 dehumidifiers running 24/7. I didn't want to use something that just masked the order, but actually get to the things that were causing the odors. I have tried other sprinkle on powders with nice flowery smells, but it never lasts and with my dark red carpeting, sometimes took 1/2 hour just to try to vacuum out! Not the case with this stuff, no flowery smell. I sprinkled on, let sit for 24 hours and vacuumed up like a charm! And my basement smells MUCH better. I think in my case I have to replace the carpet/pad- but until then at least I can live in it. Highly recommend for people trying to get rid of basement smell! I do wish they had a top that had holes in it so you could sprinkle it more easily. I just put some on the lid and used that to sprinkle on.

My carpet smells like mildew and dog pee. I brought this after promising I would not spend anymore money on carpet products. It smells kind of bleachy and is a heavy green powder. It's expensive and I swept it around the carpet. It smelled better, but not much. Today, I couldn't take it anymore with the carpet smell. I ripped up the hallway carpet. The stuff works like it says, somehow it penetrated all the way down to padding and on sub flooring. I guess it dries everything up and leaves the powder. I was impressed by that. However after 5 years of my dog peeing in the same spot and me steam cleaning it and not getting the moisture up, it was too much damage. If I used this in the beginning, I probably wouldn't have a problem. I feel if you have a serious carpet odor problem , get rid of carpet. But if not, use this. I showed a picture of the damage of steam cleaning and dog pee. So no amount if anything was going to get that smell out.

This product works effectively and has no odor itself which I find very pleasing. I held one star because it is difficult to sweep up out of the deep carpet fibers even with my powerful upright (using the blue light flash light to view the remaining powder). I would definitely buy again.

If I could, I would give this product a 10-star rating! I bought it for my cat's litter box as it seemed no matter what litter I used, nor how often I cleaned it, I still felt as if that was the only thing I could smell in my entire home. I bought this on a trial, just one package, and am now buying the 12 pack. There is no more "cat" smell in my home. I sprinkle a layer of this in the litter box and mix it in, AMAZING!!!!

This is the best product by far I have found to clean up accidental doggy fluids. I soak up what I can with papertowels and then apply this stuff. Wait over night and vacuum it up. Its the only product I have found that takes minimal work and pulls the liquids from not just the carpet but pad too. I also used it on a red wine spill and it work great!

this stuff is really good. i use it in my cats litter box with the cat litter and i have to say no odor at all coming from the litter box. and it actually clumps the urine in the litter box so you can scoop that too. it is a little pricey but worth the money you only need to add a little bit to the cats litter. works like a charm

This is the best odor-neutralizing product I've found. It doesn't leave any kind of perfumed smell, and it really neutralizes, instead of covering up. It can clump a little if it doesn't get vacuumed up soon after it dries, but it's not a great problem.

I bought this because it says SAFE FOR PETS and reviewers stated that they used it in their litter boxes. However when I received it, the back states CAUTION; DO NOT EAT, AVOID Contact With Eyes, Wash Hands After Each Application and Keep out of Reach of Children.Humans are supposed to wash their hands after touching it, Since cats are in the habit of cleaning themselves with their tongues, they would ingest this stuff after digging in it in the litter box. This is not my idea of a SAFE product.
