Has been used for week and I am still happy of my purchase. Good modern look, keeps my morning coffe hot up to two hours (who wants drink a coffe that had been made two hours before?) I left the hot water inside over the night (10h) and at morning it wasn't hot but was not cold either. Don't know how the seal last for but so far leakage is proved.

Bought as a present, recipient pleased.

easy to keep clean and use on the go

Great drink mug.Strong, Ridgid, and holds temperature for a long time.After filling it up at 6:15am, I have warm enough drink after 12 o'clock.It's slim design allowing, to fit in any car cup holder.

The outer box says 550mls but it's 500mls.

My mug was broken as I took it out of the box. very disappointed.

Items seems good not tested as such but rinsed one out put the lid on when I shook it it did leak a a few dribbles but I think on the whole it probably is vertically leak proof. My problem is however I wanted BLACK BRICKS model as a gift and was sent a black one with coffee printed on the side I sent 3 times and still get the black one not BLACK BRICKS I was told the problem was solved but it not still got the black, so really cross as the person I was getting it for picked the one he wanted BLACK BRICKS so obviously it’s not good to get a mistaken order 3 times.UpdateI’ve added a star ok I’m cross I kept getting sent the wrong item. But I added a star for the simple reason that the item is very good it actually keeps hot a long time which most don’t and does a good job if I had a complaint it would be I personally would like a better drinking spout as it is a bit small
