A Nice Leap from the Original...
...and I mean it. I tried the OG Mike's Hot Honey about a month before I bought these, and to be honest it wasn't as hot as I expected it to be. So I thought that the extra hot would be a modest step up at best. However, I was surprised by the jump in heat compared to the original. Right around a habenero, maybe a bit beyond. I've used this on pizza, wings, biscuits...I even made orange chicken sauce from scratch, substituting this instead of sugar and was one of the best sauces I've ever made. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
