Game Changer! My beard and face in general have always been so dry, it's embarrassing really. I put just a tiny amount of this stuff in my beard as I would beard balm (but way less), a little on my cheeks and bridge of my nose where my glasses sit...it's like magic! No itching, flaking, embarrassing chin dandruff! I've also used it on my elbows, which tend to crack during the winter months, maybe needed once every two weeks or so vs daily with other lotions (including Cetaphil products). I've quickly become a huge fan of this product, and 1 jar should last me YEARS at the rate I use it. Great stuff!

I absolutely love this Cetaphil Multi-Purpose Ointment! It’s incredibly soothing and effective for everything from dry patches and cracked hands to minor scrapes and chapped lips. The fact that it contains 71.5% petrolatum makes it a strong barrier without feeling too greasy — which is a huge plus compared to other ointments I’ve tried. I have sensitive skin and this works perfectly without any irritation. It absorbs well and leaves my skin feeling soft and protected. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for all skin types and has a non-greasy feel, just as advertised. The 12 oz container is generous and lasts a long time. Great value for the price! Helps to heal cracks and prevent wrinkles

There's a good amount in this container. At first it seemed kind of greasy but it does soothe the skin rash.

I guess this works ok, don't use it too much due to it being greasy feeling. Can only use at night before bed with a cotton sleep glove on. I think I would get better results IF I used it more often. I DO love all of Cetaphil's other products!
