Will buy again!
Fits great, comfortable, way easier to put on than I thought it'd be. I have orthostatic hypotension and my doctor was very clear on 20-30 STOCKINGS and the prices here vs a medical supply store is shocking! The note from Monica was a very nice touch, I love that for you girl! Keep up the good work, I will definitely be buying more from you!

Good compression stockings
Order your size, the size chart is not correct, I ordered a size up just in case and they were loose. So far the material is good fingers crossed

Don't size up! They are supposed to be COMPRESSION. Not tights!
I ordered the xl as I have sweatpants and pajamas in xl.I'm 5'3 230lbs hips 52 inches and they fit so good!I'm not sure why all these reviews are saying to size up because they are supposed to be tight in order to be compression leggings!! Sizing guide isnt correct. These are comparable at my size, in xl to the Doctor Scholls knee high compression socks at moderate compression rating. They are little tricky to get on so you have to put Both calves in first then slide both of the thigh and then pull them up.These do not dig in or roll down they are very comfortable to sit in they are a very thick elastic material but they are see-through so they are not leggings even though they're in the leggings Style. I do like that the toe is free because with my doctor Scholls they slide down and bag at the toe. These do not.I do recommend the toe less tights. Then you can just make sure to put on socks to protect your tights from rubbing in your shoe and wearing out the heel.I highly recommend these they are the best brand I think I've ever bought and a very high quality!

On the Fence…
I like the texture and feel of the material. What I am not pleased with is the fit and this may be, in part, to the size I selected based on the sizing chart. I am 5’2” and weigh 122lbs. I have usually ordered small in other compression stockings, but here a large was recommended due to my measurements: ankle 8” / calf 14” / thigh 22” / waist 26”.I found there’s not enough compression on my lower leg and my thigh area is somewhat tight and the leg length and waistband have a high rise; waistband reaches under my bra. :P I Guess it’s more like a shaper! LOLI am wearing them now for first time and after wearing all day it feels like my thigh area has settled in somewhat…yikes if that means the material stretched out! I am using compression due to recent sclerotherapy. I wanted to increase to 20-30 MmHg as the 15-20 MmHg I was using didn’t provide sufficient compression and noted some veins resurfacing again. :(I do like that I don’t have pancake butt as the top area is not very tight and my pants fit well and it doesn’t look like I’m wearing hose underneath. I really like the open toe model. All this to say I’m on the fence about these, but like them enough to maybe try another one in a medium. I’m just afraid my thigh area will be tighter. I will make up my mind once I wash these and see how that turns out. I would love a similar style with this compression 20-30 MmHg, but more transparent like pantyhose…

Very Happy
I am very glad I decided to try these very reasonably priced compression tights. They are a good quality medical grade product, exactly what I needed. I am a 6' tall, 145 lbs. woman and got a size large; they are a little short for me (but isn't everything?) but a pretty good fit overall and I'll be ordering another pair or two.And yes, they are hard to put on but compression hosiery is going to be hard to put on so I don't know why people complain about that. Something I found helpful is to wear rubber gloves (the cheap disposable kind worked fine) while putting them on. The gloves give you a better grip and also prevent snagging.

Works great for me!
I have lymphodema in my left leg so I have to wear compression stocking and panty hoes especially at work. Needed something high waisted because I have a larger behind area which helps with the fit. I have been wearing these a few times now to work and come home to take them off to see they have done the job well. I went up a size and larger worked best. They do tend to want to slide down a bit but it is easier to pull up and stay up with the larger size under my leggings. I got black because I wear a lot of black leggings. Love the open toe on these as well. I will be purchasing a couple more to switch off and less washing. These are a great price and sturdy. I would definitely recommend...that is coming from someone who has been wearing compression stockings for over 10 years after cervical cancer surgery and ending up developing lymphodema afterwards. Oh and I have a latex allergy and tend to get rashes on my legs. A reaction from getting hot and rubbing. So far so good on that as well. These definitely work for me.

So itchy!
I thought from the description that they would have a smooth pantyhose feel to them but they have a very textured cloth feel to them and the fabric is a bit abrasive feeling when on. They made my skin itch so I had to return. Make a note though that these do NOT have free returns. As for the fit, I used the size chart amd ordered a size M as recommended. I found them to be a bit loose in the foot (I wear womens size 7), the calves were very tight as expected, the thighs were not very tight and the waist and butt area (I am a size 27/4 and curvy through the hips & butt) are quite loose with no real compression. I think I would recommend sizing down if between sizes. They fit my height perfectly (Im 5'5) but I dont think they would work for taller folks.
