I bought a new manual recliner a few days ago. It is covered in top grain leather. I used a cloth neck pillow with my old cloth recliner. But it would not stay in place well with the new leather covered chair. So I came to Amazon and the search was on. I found this pillow that was also advertised as high quality leather. My new chair is a chocolate brown. So I ordered the reddish brown pillow. The color is not a perfect match. But it is VERY close. The pillow is extremely comfortable. And it stays in place perfectly. The leather seems to be a very high quality. This pillow works perfectly for me and was well worth the price paid. I am very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for increasing neck support on the chita living Elvin chair. Great chair overall but doesnt have great neck support, the headrest is a little far back relative to your shoulders, this pillow perfectly remedies it. The flexible metal tails coil around the headrest and stay in place perfectly, its easily adjustable, no smell at all (a lot of reviews complained about this but at least with min there is zero smell if any kind) and the caramel color leather option is almost a perfect match for my chair. Its as close to looking like an original part of the chair as can be reasonably expected as is very comfortable. A+ highly recommended.

This pillow is really comfortable! At first, I wasn’t a fan of the design or how it grips the chair, but I got used to it, and now I appreciate how easy it is to adjust for the perfect position. The only downside is that the hooks seem too harsh on my chair, and I worry they might cause damage over time. If they added some gel padding or protective material on the hooks, this would easily be a 5-star product. Overall, it's a great addition for extra neck support-just be mindful of potential wear on your chair.

I bought this because I was looking for a headrest pillow for my 2008 Lincoln Town car. The factory headrest was so uselessly far back. The arms do bend side to side, so I wrapped them around the posts of the headrest. The arms are also rigid enough that they can hold the pillow upright. I didn't like the original firmness, so I simply stuffed some microfiber cloths in there with the stuffing, and now it's just right. The leather material is adequate. Nothing premium in my opinion. It seems like it'll hold up and won't flake off. It matches the texture of the real leather well enough that it doesn't stick out. The color leans toward greyish black. Five stars because this solved my exact issue and because the sellers accurately answered my question before purchase.

Fits vertically and is adjustable for different heights and thickness of the back of the recliner. Mine happens to be a Lazy-Boy. Matches the color well. Very comfortable.

The leather is awful quality. Imagine a headrest which after 4 months of use that the color gets rubbed off? And to make matters worse that small area does not accept leather polish/touch of excellent quality to darken the area were the original color rubbed off.

I'm really picky!!! It worked ok. Decent quality. Pretty comfortable. The bendy hook things took some tinkering, but kept it in place. I ended up returning it. It felt just a little small for me. I feel that it's nice for the price, and I'll have to spend a lot more to get what I want.

This was an anniversary gift to my husband that complains that he needs a neck pillow for his recliner. So far it is the best design I’ve found ever. Even tried making one myself but nothing I came up with was as great an idea as this plus the leather is phenomenal. I actually found a color offered that looks as if it was made for our Stressless recliner! Perfect match. Took quite a bit of fill out since my husband wanted it not so firm and he is extremely happy!

Bought theater recliners and needed a headrest to watch tv when reclined. This fits great and supports the neck perfectly.
