Been wearing it for a week.
This ring was the perfect size for my very painful thumb. I have been wearing it a week and no pain. Adding to this. I have been wearing it for a month. The ring did turn my skin green but I do not care because I have not had pain in that thumb.

I only wish these were available in a whole ring by sizes. It can be annoying (and dangerous ) to catch on things. So lovely otherwise. I am sold on the benefits of magnets and copper. I have the bracelets as well

DO NOT BUY THE COATED ONE. The coated one leaves your finger all green. Fits on the ring finger and index finger. Does not adjust to a size. Won't even bend so your stuck with the size it comes with.

Not really adjustable
I liked the quality of the item but they weren't adjustable. Wish that they could be ordered by size instead.

Relieves arthritis pain in hands.
These rings work well in conjunction with my copper magnetic bracelets. I was amazed to feel relief from the arthritis pain within a half day of wearing them. I initially tried a ring on one hand and noticed the difference in that hand versus the hand without a ring. I'm now wearing both rings and have noticed a marked reduction in pain. The rings, so far, are a great quality and don't look like a typical copper ring.
