Was stated that a free pillowcase was included but there was no pillowcase. Apart from that, all was good

My whole household has these pillows, for 11 months and it's only now that we are feeling they need replacing, we have not had a problem at all with them, they have been good, comfy and plump and bounce back. I have ordered some more!
