Sturdy Gravity Boots
The get the job done. They are fairly comfortable, especially when used with the extra padding provided. If you hang for more than a few minutes your ankles will start to feel discomfort but I think that is normal. The construction is very sturdy. I'm a 6ft 195lb male and I use them for sit-ups. They have no problem holding my weight. The sides lock so as not to unfasten in use. They go on and off effortlessly in seconds. Very happy with them.

Too Big. Made for Cankles!
Owned 30 pairs of these....these are made for guyswith free trunks for ankles. Im 5'10 180 poinds and muscular and they were waaaaay too small. Returned immediately. Unless you have cankles, dont order them.

I had to send them back.
Even with the pieces of extra padding provided, they were too big. Too big feels awful on the ankles when suspended upside down for more than a minute or two. I am 6' 160lbs, and it felt like my ankles were going to have issues if I kept at it. Build quality was solid, however. Guess my legs are just too skinny.

Heavy, non-adjustable and painful to use
This was my first pair of inversion boots. Used them for almost a year, practically daily for lower back problem relief and ab exercise. The good:- These boots are all-metal construction with foam inserts = very secure and tough- Easy to put on and take off, with secure claspThe bad:- Very heavy!!!- They are not very tall so all your body weight is supported by small area of your ankles and dorsal part of the foot, right about where you tie a bow on your shoe laces = PAIN!- They are NOT adjustable for you calf girth so chances are your calf is not going to be securely hugged by the boot helping to distribute the weight = PAIN!- The foam got ripped and totally destroyed where the boot meets your shoes = no cushioning = PAIN! I tried to patch it up with duct tape, no go. Tried to find contact info for the company that makes them to buy replacement foam inserts - no luck. So, I just purchased Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots, one pair and WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE a well designed boot makes! Lights, secure, amazingly comfortable, fully adjustable, hugs your calf like a sock, just awesome! Having tried Teeter boots I would only recommend Vyber or another metal non-adjustable boot to a masochist.

Very impressed
These boots by Vyber are commercial grade and need to be used by a hang bar at a game or industrial bar in your home. They are heavy with strong locks and durable foam. I gave these to my trainer to try and he loves them. They stretch and elongate the spine, arms and legs and put the body in perfect alignment. The cuffs are not hard on your ankles or shins. Very impressed!

These suck. Destroy your ankles and knees
These suck. Destroy your ankles and knees. My window to return closed on 3/3. I've been super busy and forgot to return them. They will be going on Craigslist.
