I have Celiac disease and therefore must choose products that are gluten free. I usually buy flours that I know do not contain gluten. I know buckwheat flour is gluten free and therefore safe. However after I used this flour I read in very small print that it is processed on shared equipment with products that contain wheat. I would have avoided this product had I read it carefully. I had no negative reaction to what I ate but I would not buy it again. I just want others to know this might not be a wise choice if you need to be gluten free,To be fair, it did not claim to be gluten free, my fault for not reading the label carefully.

I was very happy to be able to order the product in this quantity. As I am now having to be on a gluten-free diet, this enables me to cook with those requirements, especially since you can't find buckwheat flour in regular stores.
