I needed something I could use every day, but that wasn't an ordeal to get out and use - this fits the bill! I can position it easily (altho if it had some sort of long tabs to work with while laying down, it would be even easier to adjust!) and it really does help open up the spine/shoulders and eases the tension built up thru the day.

GOOD BACK STRETCER
Works really well after a day of standing at work. It takes a while to loosen it up but after a few minutes I get a good stretch

Would be nice to have included instructions on proper use, but there was absolutely nothing.
I only gave this 4 stars for one reason - it came without any instructions...nothing...not even a drawing of the correct way to use it. I went to some other website to understand the proper way to use it. Maybe throw in some little piece of paper saying what the most beneficial use routines, etc... It is extremely uncomfortable, but that is to be expected - it's a back stretcher!! It is well made and properly firm. I am a very heavy person at nearly 280 lbs and it holds up. I got this to help me out with my new routine of weight loss using DDPYoga.

A "5-star" product that doesn't even provide guidance as to usage?
I got this for my partner who has had back issues for some time.My major concern is there was ZERO instructions on it's use included. Just the stretcher itself.So I had to find similar products from other manufacturers that at least showed some usage photos or sketches.The back seems like something at least worthy having some guidelines provided.Guess they just don't care.Makes me curious about everyone else's 5 star reviews.

No instructions - Easy to misuse and hurt yourself
Be very careful using this product. I got as a x-mas present. It came with no instructions. I had back pain so I used it while on vacation. At first I got better but now I am much worse. My back pain is so severe I feel pain in my leg and have to see my chiropractor 2X a week. Now that I have seen the instruction ONLINE i figured out I used it wrong. Products like this should not be sent without instructions.

This worked!
I was expecting something that provided more of a sense of back traction, but this is still great. After doing only about 10 reps of one exercise, I noticed the relief in my lower back that lasted through the following day. The foam is sturdy enough to give good support, yet gentle enough to not cause pain. I’m really pleased so far
