We got goldenseal extract for cats with persistent eye infections. The antibiotics, ointments and drops the vet prescribed helped make the infections less severe but didn't cure them. A wash of this twice a day for a week then once a day for another week then every other day for a third week did. You must be persistent and not skip days even though they hate it. Our cats are now completely well with no recurrences.
