It's about as good as it can get for the price. Easy to assemble. And the 30 inch desk is roomier to work on than a 26 inch. Saw a lot of complaints about the adjustment of the chair and desk. The desk and chair have a built in locking mechanism that works independently of the tightening knob. the knob is only meant to keep the chair and table from moving up when picked up. To engage mechanism The chair or the desk must be fully extended first. Then fully collapsed. After Which they will click on the way up. You have to stop after it clicks into the desired height. You cannot lock them any higher after the last click. They will just slide down to the last marking. After locking properly I can lean on them with my full adult weight without them budging. Purchased for my kindergardner as reading it could be height adjust and could grow with her. My 25 year old son put it together without any major issues, only one screw hole did not line up at all so we were unable to place it. It didn't have any affect on the sturdiness so we left as is. The drawer underneath is very hard for my daughter to open. There is a sweet spot on the left side, but otherwise it does not glide smoothly like you would expect a drawer to slide. Very large writing area and the book rack she uses to hold her ipad if needed. My daughter is approx 41 inches and we are on the lowest setting and fits her great. This will definitely grow with her.

This desk is an awesome buy for the price. I first ordered a similar desk from a different vendor which never arrived. Eventually I canceled that order and found this one from JOYMOR. The cost was slightly higher but I am extremely satisfied. My main concern as always when purchasing an oversized item was damage in transit. No need for concern with this item. Packaging is more than adequate, parts are wrapped almost obnoxiously in shrink wrap to insure no nicks or scratches occur. The most time consuming part of the assembly is unwrapping each piece. I think there are about 22 bolts that have to be installed with the included screwdriver and the process is done. We originally ordered two of these for our 3 children to share while home schooling through the pandemic but ended up ordering a 3rd because we were so impressed and the kids were fighting over who got to use the new desks. Overall great purchase, not sure in the $130 price range you could fine a better option.

The chair/desk are perfect at the lowest height, but the higher you adjust the desk/chair, the less weight the leg-locks can handle. An easy fix if the leg-screws actually locked into place.

I researched all the adjustable height kid desks that seem like they're basically all the same and look very similar to this one on Amazon. The main selling points for this one over the others: the desktop space is larger and both the desk legs and chair legs have knobs that help to lock the adjusted height into the desired notch. Others don't always have these knobs (or only have it on the desk and not the chair or vice versa) and you'll find reviews about the desk or chair not staying to the adjusted height as a result. This desk and chair stay in place though! The knobs get the job done and adjusting the height is very simple. While there were two others that were the same as this desk on amazon, I purchased this one because the seller had a higher seller rating. The kids love them (bought two, one for each kid). Easy to follow assembly instructions. Only complaint: the packaging wasn't fantastic, so one desk was slightly damaged in that the drawer was off track. Took a while to get back on track, but was fixable.

The desk is very elegant and was worth it. It's large enough to accommodate all our 8 year old needs. The material is sturdy too. The iPad resting plate is little flimsy but haven't used it that much. The only complaint is the chair. It is little hard and may not be so comfortable. We bought a kids chair from Ikea to complement this desk and are quite happy. Optionally you could buy a chair cushion too. The assembly was bit cumbersome(it took only 30 to 45 minutes but the parts were little confusing with instructions not being super clear). Overall definitely recommend this. There is a great value built in so totally worth it if you are looking for a good desk for your kid's study or crafts work

This desk was easy to put together and was a hit Christmas morning. Purchased for my six year old who is on the tall side. The desk as room to adjust as she grows with ample desk top space for her to draw, play on her tablet, and do school work. The draw is large enough to hold paper, pencils, and misc. "stuff". I wish I could have purchased the desk top lamp to go with.

I took a chance buying this desk set after seeing so many bad reviews from other sellers selling similar items but went with this one because of the design and price point. The desk and chair set arrived within days of ordering and everything was packaged well. The instructions were straight forward and easy to build. I was surprised at how solid the table and chair were. It was not wobbly like other reviewers said in similar items. I love that the desk is adjustable to grow with my child. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone!
