Works but a little hard to use solo.
Unit seems very hardy and sturdier than other units. Not sure about battery life, being that it is new seems to be okay. Holds charge through the haircut. For me personally it is a little awkward and probably because my hair grows in a swirl pattern in the back hard for me to trim. However with a little help from my spouse got the job done quickly and it looked great. This was my experience with my coordination and hair style, might be a lot easier for others. Overall this will pay for itself very quickly and would recommend it if you are wanting to cut your hair at home. Attachments were sturdy and easy to use.

Good knockoff
It holds the charge for a couple uses but will lose a little torque after about 15 min but it does the job great for the price. I'd buy it again to save some money over a name brand. It'd be way better if it used a USB to charge rather than a specific cord they provided for its port.

Great machine
I've been using it to cut my hair (buzz cut) every two weeks for the past 2 years. It still works same as new a still holds a charge.Very comparable to Remington HC4250 but with a much lower price tag.Battery life is decent. I usually charge it every 3-4 haircuts (about 10 minutes use each).

Good razor BUT battery degrades and loses punch
As others have mentioned : good knock-off of the Remington razor ( I own both ) but I noticed the battery loses charge capacity, just like the Remington. I've owned mine for 2 years and use it once a month. Razor starts out strong but gets weak after 20 seconds. If the engineer had designed this as a 'corded' device it would probably last 10 years, but as-is I'd consider it a 'consumable' item.

Remington worth the extra $
Lost my Remington version of this cutter on a Disney trip. It was a good 5ish years! I was so angry with myself, I refused to spend 60 for another one. So I got this one. The battery is nowhere as good and the guides only go down to 3 mm, whereas the Remington was like 1 mm. (I can hold the Remington guides in place against this trimmer but they don't click in place, so kinda usable?) This one certainly doesn't feel like it will last for 5 years but maybe I'm wrong. If I had to do it again I would rebuy the Remington.
