Medifast Dark Chocolate Shake 1 Box (7 Servings)

I recently had stomach surgery and ordered a variety of these to basically live off for the next few weeks. No where in the description of this product does it state its caffeinated !!!!! That is a huge no -no for my newly stitched stomach and I’m very upset I spent this much on a box of shakes I cannot drink.

The Medifast Dark Chocolate Shake is one of my favorites. Honestly I did not care what anything tasted like, I just needed to lose weight fast for my lower back problems. Twenty + years ago I went on Medifast and was very successful but they only had one or two products you just drank to get it down--yuk! These shakes are so much better than the old Medifast thus making dieting easier to deal with and hunger less a problem since you get 5 products per day and a meal. I have found that almost all the products taste better if you let them sit for a while so the protein dissolves...the colder the better so add ice to the shake and put in fridge.

Love these shakes. The dark chocolate is soy free! They taste like a real shake, not a chalky health drink.

Over priced

Swiss ocha is the best. I add a little coffee and ice and blend it up! Can't even tell its a diet drink :) Need to lower the price though. $10 more a box than on the medifast website.

This is the BEST tasting protein shake I’ve ever had!! Taste just like regular chocolate!!!! LOVE IT!!

the worst tasting drink I ever had for breakfast. put berries in it with ice but it didn't help the taste It was returned

I enjoy these in a blender with ice and a scoop of choc protien powder for a thicker tasty afternoon treat.
