16oz bottle is perfect size for a small dog
We have this bottle attached to our little Emma’s kennel. Works great and doesn’t seem to leak if you fill the bottle all the way.

Cracked and leaked
We were required to have this for our dog on an overseas flight. Unfortunately, it cracked and leaked all in her kennel within the first 10 minutes of arriving to the airport and attaching it. She had to go 10 hours without water due to this having to be thrown away.

Good bottle
You have to make sure the bottle is full so it won’t leak but great for dog kennel.

Great Idea, but keaks and is difficult to use.
I bought this because my dog would be in his kennel for hours at a time while my wife and I were gone, and I wanted him to be able to have water to drink.Overall, it's a good concept. You vacuum seal the nozzle with two balls that allow the dog to lick the nozzle and let water out. However, the execution on this product is just okay. I found that it leaked more frequently than we wanted. Also, our dog didn't seem to use it much. He would lick it and I saw him try to drink out of it, but our dog (a fairly large Great Dane) didn't seem to get enough water to enjoy it.The biggest complaint I have with the product is how much it leaks. It is difficult to fill up, with the screwed on part of the nozzle seemingly not having enough thread, so it was a pain to screw on that part. And then once you screw on that part and turn it over, the vacuum seal was not strong enough and water would drip out of it. I spent quite a long time trying to get the seal to stay so that it would not leak, as we did not want water leaking all over my dog's kennel. I watched YouTube videos and tutorials on how to properly fill it and flip it over so that it wouldn't leak. It's a very frustrating process. And then, once I was able to successfully turn the water bottle upside down so that it didn't leak, it would spill and make a mess when attaching it to the kennel. There are two metal pieces that are used to balance this water bottle and attach it to the cage part of the dog's kennel. Personally, I didn't think that the way it is designed is efficient. It truly feels like the water bottle is just balancing along the cage, and because of this, every time we would try to attach it, it was difficult to get it to balance, and then water would spill.I was able to successfully attach it to the cage a handful of times, but again, my dog's preference just isn't to drink out of it, so it was mostly unused. Lately we've been letting our dog out in the house while we are gone, so he has access to his water bowl, and we don't even use the water bottle.Overall, it's a good concept. The execution could be better, with how it attaches to a kennel and how the vacuum seals the water. If you can get the vacuum sealed, get it attached to the kennel without leaking, and your dog likes to drink out of it, then it would be a great product. Unfortunately those things didn't happen for me.

Works well, didn't leak
I bought this to use in my dog's crate and it has lasted many months and doesn't appear to leak. At least I haven't found any wet spots in his crate under it. When you are first training your dog to use it, it helps if you take it out and give it to him kind of like a bottle. I kept doing that for a few days to show him that water came out of it, and he finally got it. If you tap on the little ball in the end, a bit of water will come out and you can then give that to your dog as a way to train him. Granted, this doesn't provide a lot of water so it's really just for a few quick drinks -- I wouldn't rely on it for your pet's sole drinking source if it's a larger pet like a dog or cat. You also need to clean it regularly because anything that holds water can get bacteria in it. I rinsed it out with hot water every couple of days and either hand washed it or put it in the dishwasher. I put it on the top rack to avoid the chance of any melting and it has held up well.I only had to use the crate for a month or so, but I keep this for times when we travel in the car and it has worked well for that. I have a very small dog and so he has a carrier that hangs over the headrest of the passenger seat, so I taped some string around this and hang it over the head rest as well -- mush easier when we are traveling and he doesn't have to wait for stops to get a drink.

Worked well but rusted
Our Shih Tzu loves it and uses it every day. We built a little stand and it worked perfectly. The only thing is, definitely follow the instructions and fill it up because it will drip otherwise. And we are finding a year later that the metal nozzle has started to rust on the inside. I haven’t seen any other comments mentioning this though so maybe we just haven’t been cleaning it correctly…

Great water bottle for your dog's kennel!
Great water bottle for your dog's kennel. It really doesn't leak! A few drops dribbled out when I initially set it up, but after that the only water that comes out is when my dog taps the nozzle with his tongue.I was a little concerned that my dog would not be able to figure it out, as he is used to drinking out of a bowl, but he picked it up very quickly! I put him in his kennel and turned him to face the water bottle. I then tapped the nozzle a few times for water to come out and held my finger to his mouth. He got it right away! Also, I know some of the leak proof bottles are hard for some of the smaller dogs to get water out of, but this one was just right for my miniature schnauzer. I think it would work fine for any small dog. If you have a medium to large size dog, though, you may want to get a bigger bottle. The only downside for me is the way it attaches to the kennel. I wish it had a better system that was easier to use. It just has a metal spring with clips on the sides that goes around the bottle and holds it to the kennel.Overall, though, I think it is a great product! I will probably be getting another one for his other kennel.

Leaking.
Manufacturer states in underlined print on the outside of the bottle to fill the bottle to the top. Even when filled to the top, this bottle leaked. And not just a few drops in the beginning. Huge puddle on the floor of the crate in two minutes. And who has time to keep the bottle filled right to the top all the time to create the vacuum seal. Worst part is there are no returns on this item. I should have read the fine print. Very disappointed. And so is the puppy!

Good product
I ordered 2 of these on Wednesday and to my suprise they arrived the next day. Very speedy ,prompt, good service.I have read the reviews on this and was unsure about buying them due to bad reviews but i thought i would try anyway.I followed the instructions as i read someones review that said they dont drip if you fill them properly. They do drip for a while but then they stop and are a very good product. Thanks to the people who put good reviews that encouraged me to buy them.

Peace of mind
Got this for my lab who was forever tipping his water dish in his cage. He managed to figure out how to use it almost instantly and it gives me peace of mind that he can access water when in cage. Only downside is that it can leak/drip when nudged. But overall great product.

Great idea
Funny having a wee water bottle for a dog as opposed to a small hamster or similar but it's great for the dogs cage. Means room isn't taken up by a bowl as the bottle sits on the outside. The dog took to it straight away and now prefers to go in his cage and drink from it rather than drink out the bowl
