MidNite Solar MNBRAT Brat Charge Controller

Amazing! I have been using this for almost a year and have never had a problem! Before the Brat, I was fooling around charging batteries and resetting the low voltage disconnect every day. Don't buy another controller! The Battery Minder is such a hassle!

Works wonderfully. I have used this with both one and two 100 watt solar panels and it has charged my two 12v batteries in my trailer nicely in both cases. It works great with a portable solar set up because the case is very water resistant. Seems to be very efficient, when I had one 100 watt panel most days it would charge the batteries up but with two on a sunny day it has yet to not charge them to a float charge. It is easy to hook up and very easy to maintain. It has a lot of options on it that you more likely will not use. I highly recommend this unit. For it's price it really does it's job well and is very rugged, thus great to use with a portable solar panel system.
