Needed
I used to pocket carry, but after purchasing a holster, it makes for easier carrying. You will need to make sure you tighten the pants or shorts that you're wearing, but once you clip the holster on, you won't have to worry about exposing the firearm if you're trying to conceal carry. I recommend placing the holster on your side towards the back since you don't bend that way. If you place it on your side towards the front or perfectly on the side, there is a lot of discomfort since the firearm rests against you. It may be best to have an undershirt between you and the firearm.

Great fit
I originally bought another holster brand. It was so tight I could hardly draw the Glock 43/Streamlight TLR 6 out. This one fits perfectly and only took a 1/4 turn of the adjustment screws to keep the gun in place while still making it easy to draw out.

This item was boughtbwith the a laser the laser does not fitbthe G43X. The holster is ok

Big and bulky
Looks to be a high-quality holster. Even tightening the screws as tight as I can get them my Glock 42 did not feel secure in the holster. If I turn the holster upside down my handgun started to slide out of it. Also holster was big and bulky. Inside the waistband while sitting down it would hit the side of your hip and ram into your rib cage. It was just an uncomfortable fit for myself.
