Makes black garlic perfectly! Haven’t tried anything else.

Garlic cooker
Did first batch perfect, second batch crystallized the garlic. Tried two more batches by adjusting cooking time, but never turned out right. It’snow on a shelf gathering dust. Seems the heat controller has a mind of its own.

If you want to make more than black garlic don’t get this one.
I loved it for making black garlic. The garlic came out perfect, but the reason I bought this fermentor is because I could make several other things besides just garlic. The only instructions I got are for making black garlic so basically that’s all I can use it for. If I would have know this before I bought it I would have found one with a recipe book. If you want to make more than just black garlic don’t get this one unless you already know how to do it.
