We purchased this to use outdoors, when we are outside after dark doing yard work. I found that randomly we were needing more concentrated lights outside in the dark. Something more powerful than our outside down lights and something portable. So far we have used it to hunt the cat from the neighbors holly bushes and make sure the bacon doesn't burn on the smoker. I love that once I adjusted the straps, they stay right like they are and I can just slip it over my head. It doesn't pull on my hair either which is nice. The light can be moved as far as where you want the brightness to shine, or angle it. This is an awesome feature! It gives off great and bright light. This would also be a great gift for a child. My kids LOVED walking around with it on. We did a family walk and it was neat to see most of the things that we miss in the dark. Great light.

It seems like a great little headlamp, and I will be using it on a miners hat as well. One thing I noticed was a complete lack of instructions of any kind in any language in the box.Fortunately, I was able to determine how to install the batteries and plug in the charger.Also I noticed that the only way to tell if it is fully charged or even charging, is with the wall charger as it does have an indication light, however the USB charger has nothing on it, or the lamp to indicate any charging/charged/discharging notification.I sure did get it fast though!I ordered it on Saturday night and it was here on Monday morning.Impressive!

Very good wide view. No issues at all. I use every nite for about 15 minutes solid. Several times throughout my 12 hr shift..

So good my husband whom has 2 other ones said no at first, now has mine & uses it the most. He often uses a light at night for his work & this one has been the best. We also really like the rechargeable ability & not putting so many batteries into the waste. Only complaint headband is wearing out faster than we would like.

Lamp worked well for about 2 hours. Then stopped working for no reason. I did the troubleshooting, and obviously not something simple. Two days later I came back to the item to open up and find out what’s going on, and a small wire was not soldered properly. But what I discovered, which I already suspected is that the entire headlamp was cheaply made.It may only be $20, but I wouldn’t even pay that. I don’t even want to bother with a refund or waste my time with this company. This item is worthy of a Chinese landfill, but not an American landfill.

I don't understand how to charge this light. The instructions don't match the product. The instructions say that when fully charged, the light will turn yellow, I never saw the light turn yellow. I would return it, but I do not have the time to return it. The light is pretty powerful though! I love the brightness of the light; not sure if it is waterproof though; I will find out in a few days if it is because I will be using it in the rain!

I bought this headlight for an extra one at the cabin. Brought it up this weekend and the guys loved it! It has a very bright lamp with three different modes. Bright, medium and strobe. I was really impressed with how bright it was compared to other ones I own. They all loved it and now instead of it being an extra one they are going to use it all the time.

It says here water proof but nothing in the user manual or box says its water proof, advice please.Thanks
