After using the device a few times a day, I have to say that the results are much better than I expected and my feet are feeling great.The experience is comfortable and relaxing due to the easy to use remote control meaning you don’t have to bend over to adjust any settings and can stay in a nice and relaxed in position. The rubber feet work well when attempting to move the device to either side but haven’t really stuck the device in position for me if I were to attempt to move the device away or towards me.The added heating element is a very nice feature, particularly when it is chilly during the winter season but it does take a while to heat up. The heating feature would be great if it could get toasty immediately. After about 15minutes, you can start feeling the warmth and in about 30minutes its nice and toasty so it feels great to use after another member of the family.I can’t comment on the maximum size of the massager as I’m only a size 8 men’s but my feet fit in the device with some room to move around. Something I was worried about were my feet having too much room to move around during the massage but the air compression feature keeps my feet in place during use. There are 3 different air compression settings which was nice as I prefer a more secure fit with the medium or high setting.Overall, this is a great foot massager that I am enjoying thoroughly so far. I would definitely recommend this device provided it can last at least two years which is something that remains to be seen for me.

It hurt the bottom of my feet when I first used it, even on the lowest setting. However, I realised that was a good sign. The pain has lessened now. Nice and simple independent control of the 3 functions. Remote is superb. The foot pockets are removable for washing if required.Well made and it works.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this to help with plantar fasciitis in my left foot, been suffering form it for weeks no and needed to so something about it. Have already been foam rolling and using a peanut, but already after a few days of using this twice a day, I'm in less pain and can walk without too much pain!So it runs for 15m or 30m at the moment I use it twice a day for 15m and that seems to do nicely.It has 3 different kneading intensities and 3 different air intensities. The higher the kneading intensity, the stronger the massage. The higher the air intensity, the more the air bags surround your feet fill up, which push your feet down into the kneading heads.Personally, I use the highest kneading setting with medium (level 2) air intensity. Level 3 air and it just squashes my feet too much that it's uncomfortable. Level 1 and my feet aren't getting enough pressure from the kneading heads. I suggest playing around with the settings depending on your foot size, I'm size 8 mens.Also has a heat option too, which personally I don't use very often. I get hot enough feet as it is, and don't really want to be sweating into the massager! It does had a protective cover for each foot, which are removable and washable, so it's not the end of the world.It's quite big, bugger than I thought it would be, so bear in mind that it will take up quite a bit of storage space.Noise wise, yes it's noisy, I use it while watching TV and do notice it, but it doesn't affect what I'm watching, I'm still able to hear everything on the TV easily enough.Price, it's the same as 3x 1hr massages, but it's mine forever to use whenever I want, so pretty good in that respect, very happy with the purchase!

Suddenly stopped working after 3 months of very light use-once a week. Also, no off switch. You have to unplug otherwise it keeps flashing at standby.

I have Plantar Faciitis and bought this for that reason to try to help a bit, and it does that and more.So very relaxing, just sends you to another place for 15 or 30 minutes.Before I bought this I had read some say it was noisy, and I can say to you there is a slight noise from the air compression side of it, but this isn't too loud and is almost quite a relaxing sound.I have been using it twice a day on the lowest of everything setting and for 15 minutes a time. I did turn the air compressin up to full to try it and it was too much for me, so turned it back to low again.My friends visited me (he is a Physiotherapist). I asked if they wanted a go on it and they both did & loved it. They said they will be buying one, or visiting me more often.It is quite dear but worth it I think. You do get a really good happy feet feeling during and after using it.

Bought this foot massage 2 months ago and I am very happy with my purchase. It helps with my plantar fasciitis. Also very quiet, I use it all day when I work from home. Very light to carry around and love the remote control which makes it easy to use. Definitely happy with this foot massage.

I had a massager that cost twice as much. It was much heavier to move but the massage was almost identical to this. I have wide feet and this model fits my feet much better. In fact it’s perfect. Give the unit 15 minutes to break in. I don’t know if the air bags needed to stretch out but I wasn’t impressed with the bag pressure at first. Somewhere between 10 and fifteen minutes it started to grab with a better squeeze which feels great. For the money, this thing is amazing. Its lighter weight will make it easier for older people to move around! I will update my post if I have any issues if I need to contact support. This unit is also whisper quiet.Update: I have had this massager for two weeks. I am getting several more to give out to family as holiday gifts. My feet were aching. I have zero foot aches now. I say aches as it wasn’t painful, just sore. I love this thing!

I bought this mostly for my husband. The ad says "up to size 14 feet" so I got this one over others because his feet are size 14. It fits him just right. He has foot pain and was hesitant to buy something like this but after using it a couple of times he really enjoys it. My feet are size 9 and I don't like it as much. I have to move my feet around inside it. So I'll start off with my heels pulled all the way to the back and let it run for a little bit. But it doesn't work on my toes. So I have to turn it off (to deflate the air and be able to move easily), push my feet all the way to the end, and then turn it back on for a bit. I find that it does not do much for my heels. Even the squeezing pressure isn't very much back there on high. I can only use it for a short while before it hurts various parts of my feet. I'm a bit disappointed in that, I was hoping to be able to just sit there and have a nice loooooong foot massage. We both find that the angle is a little strange. The foot holes are too close together so when you sit there your knees want to fall to the sides which puts your feet in a weird angle inside the machine. You either have to just use it like that or hold your knees close together the whole time, which isn't very relaxing. If it were for just me I would return it. But my husband (and his big feet) enjoy it enough that we will keep it. I just wish that it worked as well for smaller feet as it does for bigger feet.
