I received It’s a wonderful life instead of believe which doesn’t go with our polar express theme.

Christmas float
We used these on a parade float. Used zip ties to hold them in place. They do come with ribbon but we were afraid in the wind they would come undone. Ribbon is in the bag with the bells but you have to put them on and tie them yourself. Not a big issue for us.
